Devilfish Poker Review
Review of Devilfish Poker

To offer you a review of devilfishpoker.com I need to begin with first impressions. The site is plain and simply, ugly. The design is a little harsh on the eyes, you can tell it was designed by a man. It may have a drunken looking design but switching it on in the morning certainly won't sure your hangover.
Devilfish Poker Homepage
The software was sitting on my PC for six months before I decided to try it out. My curiosity over 32 Card Draw eventually got the better of me.
Registering a Devilfish Poker Account
Registration was simple enough, just head over to devilfishpoker.com, on the top left of your screen you will be given 2 options, to download or play the game in flash. I chose the download option. You can choose the flash game for quickness but if you intend to play at the site on a regular basis, the download option is best. Fill out the usual details ensuring you provide a valid email address.
Currency used at DevilfishPoker
This network uses the Euro as currency. At the moment it's pretty close to the value of the british pound. I am used to playing with US dollars. When you are playing just remember you are using euros.
Devilfish Poker Bonuses
During the registration process you will be asked for a bonus code, go to the promotions and you can select your bonus. The last time I checked they were offering new depositors a free poker tracker, that's a pretty useful freebie.
If you have been looking for a "Free Poker Tracker", now is the time to register for a real money account at devilfishpoker.com
I must say, the bonuses are a little tough to clear. Unless you know you will be playing a lot of poker during the month, go for the lowest bonus. You only have 30 days to clear your bonus so go for the easy one unless you prepared to put a lot of hours in at the tables.
The sites is not great for playing any more than 4 tables at a time. I save my multi tabling for Pokerstars where I can play 20+ tables simultaneously.
If you are from the USA and do not have a pokerstars.com players account, you are missing out big time. It's the most secure site online, they have the fastest servers and player base at their disposal. They get full marks all round from me!
32 Card Draw at DevilfishPoker
I switched to devilfishpoker.com for the 32 Card Draw and was pleasantly surprised. I was hoping to find a full table to practice. There was about a dozen or so full cash tables at the lower stakes. They have SNG mini tournaments, a few daily guaranteed prize pool events, and what really surprised me was the daily freeroll, 2000 players max and it fills quickly. The game is really moving forward.
Devilfish Poker Lobby
When I sit down to play poker I can put in 20+ hours at a time. I have played around the clock here, and I must tell you that player traffic, peaks around 11pm UK time.
Games at Devilfish Poker

Omaha
7 Card Stud
5 Card Draw
Deuce-to-Seven Triple Draw

Americana
Texas Holdem is the most popular game, followed by Omaha and surprisingly enough, 32 Card Draw. There are a lot of micro limit players but you will find a few high stakes games running.
Devilfish Poker Tables
To conclude, I was fairly impressed with the overall layout of the site and it's support for 32 Card Draw. Visually I think the site could improve but once you are at the tables you tend to forget about these things. The betting functions are fine although the split option in 32 Draw Poker is too close to the raise button for my liking. You can play at 4 tables simultaneously.
Site navigation is fairly simple and you can customize your search for simplicity. My first withdrawal cleared into my bank account within 48 hours so no complaints there. I contacted support to clarify things, they sid their job well, and in a timely matter.

Due to U.I.G.E.A. legislation, players based in America are unable to play cash games on the Entraction Network. I suggest going to either Pokerstars or Fulltilt Poker to play real money poker.
